Round Grain Rice (China, Primorsky Region)

Packaging: 25 kg. Its grains are distinguished by a smooth surface, and also characteristic snow-white color. It is most extended and easily recognized, is the most consumed in the world as suits for making almost all kinds of dishes, including sushi. 

Medium-Grain Rice  - Fushigon (China, Primorsky Region)

Packaging: 25 kg. Ready-made grains are soft, often stick together. Used to make various casseroles, paella, risotto, soups.

Long Grain Rice  (Vietnam, Thailand)

Packaging: 25 kg. It has a long and thin grain. While cooking long grain rice grains don't stick and rice absorbs moderate quantity of a liquid. Used to make pilafs, salads, garnishes.

Parboiled Long Grain Rice  (Thailand)

Packaging: 25 kg, 4.5 kg and 0.5 kg with bags for cooking. At processing by steam about 80% of the vitamins and minerals contained in the bran shell, transforms into a grain of rice, and grains become less fragile. Yellowish tinge of steamed rice disappears at cooking, and it becomes the same snow-white, as white polished rice. After cooking, the grains of steamed rice never stick together, besides, it remains as tasty and friable even after reheating dishes.
